No. KCTI makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, or mechanical problems. KCTI is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay.
Can I cancel my bus ticket before travel?
Yes, you can cancel your ticket up to 12 hours before the departure time stated on the purchased ticket, and receive a partial refund by deducting 20% of the actual ticket price.
