News: We are moving to a new location in Edmonton from June 13, 2021. **Covid-19** - customers are required to wear face mask while travelling/boarding the bus. Safety of our passengers and employees are of the utmost importance. We will be following safety guidelines and also ask our customers to please do their part to ensure their own and other's safety and well being.


The bus was late. Am I entitled to a refund?

No. KCTI makes every effort to provide on-time service. However, due to weather, traffic or unforeseen mechanical issues, we cannot guarantee its departure and arrival times. KCTI is not liable for any inconvenience or expenses caused by such a delay.

Can I cancel my bus ticket before I travel?

Yes, however we require 12 hours notice be given prior to your departure time. A 20% surcharge will be applied if purchased via the KCTI Travels website. Please note, it may take up to 72 hours for a refund to show up in your account. If a ticket was purchased through an alternate website, their policy applies for refunds.
