Q1) Is it cheaper to buy tickets on
Ticket prices are the same as buying a ticket while boarding the bus.

Q2) What do I do if my bus is cancelled or rescheduled?
If your bus is cancelled, we will contact you with further instructions on the E-mail you provided when you created an account on, so please make sure that you enter a correct E-mail address.

Q3) Can I bring my pet on the bus?
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the bus.

Q4) Can I bring my bicycle on the bus?
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to transport bicycles at this time.

Q5) Can I cancel my bus ticket before travel?
Yes, you can cancel your ticket up to 12 hours before the departure time stated on the purchased ticket. A partial refund (80%) will be issued back to you using the same method of payment used to purchase the ticket.

Q7) Is there any online booking fee?
No, booking tickets online is free of cost.

Q9) Why do I have to enter my E-mail Add
ress? In the event that a bus departure is cancelled, we need your e-mail address to be able to inform you about the cancellation and alternative travel options. Any concerns? Please read our Privacy policy.

Q10) The bus was late and I missed a connection on another bus line. Am I entitled to a refund of the other ticket?
No. KCTI is not liable of any expenses occurred because of delays. Occasionally delays do happen, but KCTI does its best to keep it minimal.

Q11) Can I charge my phone?
Yes there are charging ports.

Q12) Is there wifi?
Yes, KCTI offers free wi-fi while travelling between the locations.

Q13) What luggage am I allowed?
A carry-on and suitcase weighing up to approximately 23kg (50lbs) is included in the price of the ticket. additional luggage may be brought for an extra charge, payable to the driver. Please contact us, if you require an estimate.

Q14) Is the bus wheel-chair accessible?
Not at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
