Sorry, pets are not allowed in the bus

We don't have such facility for carrying a bicycle but we might consider it in future

Yes, you can cancel your ticket up to 12 hours before the departure time stated on the purchased ticket, and receive a partial refund by deducting 20% of the actual ticket price.

No. KCTI is not liable for the expense of connecting bus service missed as a result of a delay. However, you may wish to contact the connecting bus line for their specific refund procedures
