Ticket prices are the same as buying a ticket while boarding the bus

Q2) What do I do if my bus is cancelled or rescheduled?

If your bus is cancelled, we will contact you with further instructions on the E-mail you provided when you created an account on www.KCTI.ca, so please make sure that you enter a correct E-mail address.

Q3) Can I bring my pet on the bus?

Sorry, pets are not allowed in the bus

Q4) Can I bring my bicycle on the bus?

We don't have such facility for carrying a bicycle but we might consider it in future

Q5) What do I do if my bus is cancelled or rescheduled?

Q6) Can I cancel my bus ticket before travel?

Yes, you can cancel your ticket up to 12 hours before the departure time stated on the purchased ticket, and receive a partial refund by deducting 20% of the actual ticket price.

Q12) The bus was late and I missed a connection on another bus line. Am I entitled to a refund of the other ticket?

No. KCTI is not liable for the expense of connecting bus service missed as a result of a delay. However, you may wish to contact the connecting bus line for their specific refund procedures
